That production line is good at extruding small diameter PE-RT PEX Pipe, which is applicable for hot and cold water in floor heating system.
The single screw extruder is attached with high efficiency BM structure screw,higher capacity,better plasticizing. More stable running, Wall measuring system could ensure the accurate wall thick and save cost of raw materials.
Special designed mold for small diameter pipe,with rapid calibration and higher speed.
Dual pipe extrusion line can double the output and save workshop area.
